The gift certificates are printed, and we at Parker Hobbies are very excited to be supporting our first events tomorrow.
There are $120 worth of vouchers up for grabs, we can’t wait to see the magnificent work of those who are entering the Waikato Scale Model Club Model Competition, and the Hamilton Immortals Miniature Painting Contest, at the Cosmopolitan Club in Hamilton.
A $20 gift voucher will be awarded to each of the category winners for the Hamilton Immortals Painting Contest, single model, squad, and large model; for the Waikato Scale Model Club Model Competition there will be three $20 gift vouchers awarded for stand out entries – regardless of the category they are entered in.
The event organisers have been kind enough to offer us a stand at the show, where we will be displaying a wide range of our products for purchase, either by bank transfer or cash. Peter from Parker Hobbies intends to be painting at the stand all day, please feel free to pop by have a yarn about our shared hobby, and check out the goods!
If you are on the fence about visiting or entering either of the competitions, we highly recommend you do. Regardless of the result, in our experience there are only positives that come with taking part in such an event.
